Jamie Byrd – Camp Freedom
The Chapter will be conducting a fly fishing program at Camp Freedom on Sunday, June 4th. for the benefit of Disabled Veterans and First Responders. Jamie Byrd will speak about Camp Freedom and their mission. Jamie is a Global War on Terrorism Veteran with multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism in the United States Coast Guard. Jamie was scheduled to speak at our April meeting, but schedule conflicts force a delay. Camp Freedom has access to 2 miles of the Lackawanna River above the Carbondale/Simpson area.
